amazing getaway experience
huge balcony fantastic staff comfortable beds
i was upgraded to the suite, it included a hot tub. the balcony was huge and overlooked the area. i found the staff fantastic!
i could hear noise in the hallways sometimes.

mixed feelings on my stay
poor breakfast options pull-out additions
the location was acceptable since it was near the main street with shops and restaurants.
the breakfast was a real letdown, especially for a hotel that boasts four stars, i found the options and quality to be quite poor, it wasn't what i expected at all. our family room felt outdated and definitely didn't justify the cost, plus, instead of four actual beds, we got a double and two flimsy pull-out additions, what a rip-off.

fantastic hotel stay
unique entrance shuttle service clean spa
I really liked the unique entrance. the approx 200m tunnel was interesting to walk through upon arrival. they had a shuttle available to help with the tunnel and luggage, super helpful. the room offered amazing sea and mountain views from the balcony. That was a treat. the spa facilities were very clean and reasonably priced, which i appreciated.
the room keys i initially received were incorrect, and the room was not ready.

The room had a safe, a minibar, and climate control. I found that convenient. the balcony offered a spot to relax. it also included a modern tv with several international channels.

The staff at the front desk were always available. I found them polite and helpful. the shuttle service from the entrance tunnel was prompt and efficient. i definitely benefited from the great service and care.

The hotel is a short walk from the main town. I found the location very convenient. access to nearby shops and restaurants was very easy. the grounds had lemon trees adding charm to the surroundings.

i found the staff to be very professional and friendly. the hotel has a unique location near the town center, set in a quiet corner with lemon orchards. the hotel is also eco-friendly, which i appreciated. i used the recycling points and water filter daily.
